Past Works 2008-2012

The first 5 paintings are from my time spent in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The remaining paintings were from a show in Philadelphia at the Ethical Society Building. The show was entitled "Impressions of Italy." The medium for these paintings is acrylic on canvas.

Little Martin's First Birthday My dear friend Paula's son Martin had his first birthday complete with balloons, little children and lots of Mexican goodies. 18x24 - acrylic on canvas	An Afternoon Stroll Botanical Gardens in Puerta Vallarta is the setting. Afternoon on the Beach This beach called Mismoloya, overlooks one of the most beautiful bays in Vallarta. In the distance, high above the water, is the abandoned set from "The Night of the Iguana." 24x30 - acryclic on canvas	Spring In Vallarta The beautiful yellow tree is called Prima Vera. It heralds in the spring season in Vallarta. The location is where the mountains come down to meet the sea. The Guitar Player On our first night in Rome we had dinner at a marvelous restaurant that had a very talented guitar player. The two ladies in the painting are our dear friends Diana and Sue. 24x30 - acrylic on canvas	On Lake Como While in Italy, one of our stops was the lovely Lake Como. This was a scene from our boat ride around the lake. 24x30 - acrylic on canvas	The Perugia Sweet Shop During the time spent in Perugia, I stumbled upon a beautiful chocolate shop. Waiting in Line This was the doorway to a shop in Rome. The shop itself was filled with many kinds of pastries. I had to wait in line to get our afternoon espressos and one of these sweet delicacies. 20x24 - acrylic on canvas	A Piazza in Pisa After viewing the Leaning Tower of Pisa, with an abundance of people, it was relaxing to spend a few moments in a much quieter setting close to the tower. 16x20 - acrylic on canvas	The Three Friends Venice is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
